The Rooms

Room One:
Our recently refurbished barn conversion room can either be set up as a double or twin.  It has the added advantage of a kitchen (with fridge & microwave) and an ensuite shower room with washbasin and loo.  There is a lovely seating area with a sofa bed so families of four can be accommodated comfortably.  It also benefits from its own entrance with parking directly outside.

Room Two:
Double room on the first floor in our annex which is attached to the main farmhouse.  It shares a bathroom with Room Three (bath, washbasin and loo) and has the added advantage of access to a kitchen/sitting area and sun room.  The annex has its own entrance and parking directly outside.

Room Three:
Situated on the ground floor of our annex, this is a twin room sharing the same facilities as Room Two (see above).

 

Facilities Include

  • Tea and Coffee Making facilities
  • TV and DVD player in each room
  • CD and Radio in each room
  • Microwave, Fridge and use of cutlery and crockery in kitchen areas
  • Wireless broadband (accessible in all rooms)

 

 

Check in/Check Out


Check in is usually around 3.00pm however this can be brought forward by prior arrangement.  We would ask you to please let us know your estimated time of arrival, especially if arriving after 10.00pm.  When leaving Newton Park Farm, we would ask that you kindly vacate your rooms by 11.00am however this can often be extended on request.


Charges:

Room 1:     From £70 per night based on 2 people sharing or from £35 per night single occupancy
Rooms 2 & 3: From £55 per night based on 2 people sharing or from £30 per night single occupancy   
  • Payment can be made either by cheque or cash
