£70 per night based on two sharing
£35 per night for single occupancy

Room 2

£60 per night based on two sharing
£35 per night for single occupancy

Room 3

£60 per night based on two sharing
£35 per night for single occupancy

Family rates are available – variable depending on ages of children.
Special rates for 2 work colleagues in our annex. Please enquire when calling.

Payment can either be made by cheque or cash.

Check in/Check out

Check in is usually from 3.00pm however this can be brought forward by prior arrangement. We would ask us to let us know your estimated time of arrival especially if arriving after 10.00pm. When leaving Newton Park Farm we would ask if you would kindly vacate your rooms by 11.00am however this can be extended on request.  Breakfast is served from 7.00am Monday-Friday and from 8.30am on Saturday and Sundays.  Continental breakfast can be left in kitchen areas.
